2 - Watch this week's video for inspiration and coaching on how to work through this space. 

3 - Take a before and after photo.  I would love it if you shared them.  One of my biggest regrets is not taking pictures throughout my journey. Bonus points if you let me share them with others for real-life encouragement (I can remove your name/profile from them to make it less scary.)
